These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 678jl ("678jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 678jl online casino platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 678jl.app (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 678jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 678jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 678jl.

Access to and use of the 678jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 678jl strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online casino services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 678jl or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 678jl and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

678jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on the 678jl Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 678jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 678jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 678jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 678jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 678jl is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 678jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

678jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 678jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your 678jl account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 678jl account. 678jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

All transactions on the 678jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 678jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

678jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.
• 678jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• 678jl reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific players for specific promotions at its sole discretion.

All games available on the 678jl Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including JILI Games. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

678jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 678jl's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on 678jl's side, the bet amount will be refunded to the player's account. 678jl's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is intended to circumvent anti-money laundering controls
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 678jl staff
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming

678jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

678jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 678jl will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

All content on the 678jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 678jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 678jl, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 678jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

678jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 678jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

678jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

678jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 678jl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 678jl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute between you and 678jl, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.

678jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 678jl will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
